How do I qualify for the new business pricing?

Our ‘new business’ pricing is for companies that have been in business for less than one year (evidence required), or if your business filed taxes for the previous year, it must show less than $1M in sales. This plan is also capped at a maximum of 6 users.

Do you offer an annual subscription?

We offer only monthly billing because we believe in earning your business every month. We’re confident that once you start using Builder Prime, you’ll love it—no need for long-term commitments!

What Is An E-Signature Request?

When you create contracts or purchase orders in Builder Prime, you can send them to your customers and subcontractors for simple and legally binding e-signatures with just a couple of clicks. Each Builder Prime subscription plan comes with a number of free e-signature requests that are included at no additional charge. If you exceed that initial allotment, there will be an additional overage charge for each signature request. An e-signature request is counted for each document that you request signatures on, regardless of how many signatures are on the document and how many signatures are obtained (or not obtained).

Do you charge per message for SMS?

Each text message segment, whether sent or received, costs $0.03. A segment typically consists of 160 characters for the first segment and 153 for any additional segments, using standard “7-bit encoded” characters. Special characters and emojis, which require more encoded data, reduce the segment length to 70 characters for the first segment and 63 for subsequent ones. Learn more about SMS billing here.

Do you charge for electronic signatures?

Standard pricing for the growth plan is $0.75 per signature request. A signature request is defined as every time you click to send for e-signature, or initiate an in-person e-signature. The first 100 requests each month are included for free, and each request after that is $0.75.

What is a Core user vs a Field user?

A Core user in Builder Prime can access a broad range of features, including CRM management, reporting, and administrative tools, tailored for managing sales and office operations. A Field user has more limited access, focusing on specific tasks like viewing assigned job details, and clocking in and out using the GPS time clock, making it ideal for on-the-go work in the field.

What if I want to add or remove a user between billing cycles?

You can add users anytime you want and billing is automatic. We offer discounts for locking in a minimum of 10 users.

Do you charge for integrating apps?

Nope! All of our integrations, including QuickBooks, CompanyCam, Wisetack, and more, are included in your base subscription. Learn more about our integrations here.
